This apartment in La Spezia (Liguria) will be the new holiday home of one of our clients. The house is on the fifth (last) floor and offers beautiful views of the city of La Spezia and the harbour. Furthermore, this house was ready to move-in. You can reach the central train station of La Spezia in 10 minutes on foot, from where you can take the train to Cinque Terre (10 minutes), but of course also to many other beautiful cities in Italy such as Genoa (1H15) or Pisa (50 min.) or to the beaches of Viareggio (30 min.).

Or if you like cycling, like the new owners, you can explore the hills around La Spezia and the Cinque Terre by bike and enjoy beautiful views along the way.
The buyers came to Italy on May 18th to view some apartments with us. Exactly two months later, on July 18th, they had an appointment with the notary and our customers received the keys to their apartment.
